The ground rules for using Warshati — written plainly, so schools, educators, and families know exactly where they stand.
Warshati is an interactive learning platform that helps children and young learners explore AI, STEM, digital creation, and soft skills through hands-on workshops, guided programs, and a friendly AI learning facilitator. We provide the platform to schools and educational organizations, who in turn give their learners access.
These Terms of Service explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. We have kept the language as plain as we can while still being legally meaningful. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, and our Cookie Policy, which covers the small set of cookies and on-device storage we use.
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Warshati, based in Casablanca, Morocco. By visiting warshati.ai or using the Warshati platform, you accept them. When we say you, we mean:
Learners always use Warshati under the management and supervision of their school, and the school is responsible for having the authority and any consents needed to create learner accounts. If your school has a separate signed agreement with Warshati, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.
Warshati is an interactive learning platform for children and young learners covering AI, STEM, digital creation, and soft skills. Depending on your school's plan, the service includes:
We also offer a short, anonymous taster session that anyone can try before an account exists, and a public website with information about Warshati. We provide the platform to schools and educational organizations; learners and their families never pay us to use it.
Learner accounts are created and managed by the learner's school — manually, through one-time invitation links, or with a school join code. We keep account data minimal: a name, email address, username, and password, with an optional phone number for staff and administrator accounts. How we protect and use this information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you hold an account, we ask that you give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell your school or Warshati promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. School administrators are responsible for managing their school's members — adding them, keeping their details up to date, and removing access when someone leaves.
Warshati is a learning space for children, and we hold everyone who uses it to that standard. When using the platform, you agree not to:
Schools are responsible for the conduct of their staff and learners on the platform and for providing appropriate supervision. If we see activity that puts learners or the service at risk, we may act as described in the suspension and termination section below.
Learners own the creative work they make on Warshati — their projects, designs, recordings, and ideas remain theirs. So that the platform can function, the learner, through their school, grants Warshati the limited license we need to store and display that work inside the platform, where it is visible to the learner and to educators at the learner's own school. We use learner work only to operate the platform — to show it back to the learner and their school and to provide learning feedback — and for nothing else.
Some creations, such as recorded audio and video and certain workshop boards, are kept only on the learner's own device and are never uploaded to our servers. Our Privacy Policy explains which information stays on the device and which is stored with us.
Everything that makes Warshati what it is — the curriculum, workshops, programs, facilitator characters, software, designs, logos, and brand — belongs to Warshati or its licensors. While a subscription is active, we grant the school and its members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for educational purposes.
That license does not allow anyone to copy, resell, redistribute, or republish the curriculum or any other part of the platform, or to use the Warshati name, characters, or branding outside the platform without our written permission.
Warshati's AI learning facilitator is there to support learning: it answers questions during workshops, gives feedback on learner work, and helps evaluate assessments and mini-projects. To power these features, the text a learner types and the relevant workshop context are processed by our AI model providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We filter messages before processing, and we ask learners never to share personal details in their conversations with the facilitator characters.
Like all AI systems, ours can occasionally be imperfect, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI responses are educational support inside a supervised learning environment — they are not professional, medical, legal, or any other kind of advice, and AI-generated evaluations are learning signals rather than formal academic grades. Educators at the learner's school stay involved in the learning journey, and we review and improve our AI features continuously.
When a learner completes a program, Warshati issues a certificate recognizing that achievement. Certificates celebrate progress through the Warshati curriculum; they are not government-accredited qualifications and do not replace school grades or diplomas.
We may revoke a certificate if it was issued in error or obtained through a breach of these terms. Where that happens, we will let the school know.
Warshati is offered to schools and educational organizations through subscription plans agreed directly with us and billed by institutional invoicing. We do not process online card payments through the website, and learners and their families are never charged.
Pricing, duration, renewal, and any plan-specific limits are set out in the agreement between Warshati and the school. If a subscription lapses or is not renewed, some features or capacity may become limited in line with that agreement; we aim to handle any transition in a way that minimizes disruption for learners.
Warshati evolves: we regularly add, improve, and occasionally retire workshops, programs, and features so the platform stays current, engaging, and safe. We may also need to interrupt the service briefly for maintenance.
We work hard to keep Warshati reliably available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free operation, and these terms do not include an uptime guarantee. Any specific service commitments made to a school live in that school's agreement.
We may suspend or close an account, or restrict a school's access, if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect learners, other users, or the service. Where practicable, we will give notice and a chance to put things right first.
Schools can end their subscription as set out in their agreement, and school administrators can remove members at any time. When access ends, personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in any applicable school agreement.
We build and run Warshati with care, but to the extent permitted by applicable law the platform is provided as is and as available, and we do not warrant that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warshati is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, and our overall liability in connection with the service is limited to what applicable law and, where one exists, the school agreement allow. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing reduces the mandatory rights that consumers and families have under the law of their country of residence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — write to [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, it will be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory legal protections that apply in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time as the platform and the law evolve. If we make a material change, we will give schools reasonable advance notice — for example by email or a notice on the platform — before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always shows when the terms were last updated, and continuing to use Warshati after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms, or anything else about Warshati? We are happy to help.
